Head – Retail Planning (Apparel)

We are looking for a strategic and analytical leader to head Retail Planning for our Apparel business. The role will be responsible for driving sales and margins through inventory efficiency and effective assortment planning, forecasting, and in-season management across all retail channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead seasonal & in-season planning, OTB, and inventory management.
• Define assortment, pricing, and size strategies aligned with customer needs and brand positioning.
• Monitor business KPIs (Sell-through, GMROI, Inventory Turn, Markdown %) and drive actionable insights.
• Partner with Buying/Purchace, Supply Chain, and Marketing to ensure right product availability and liquidation of slow movers.
• Build and Lead the planning team, building strong analytical and commercial capabilities.

Requirements:

• 5-6 years of experience in retail planning/merchandising (Apparel preferred).
• Strong analytical skills.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale, multi-channel apparel businesses.
• Retail, Business, or Fashion Management preferred.
• coordination with offline stores and e-commerce team for on time product availability and maintain sales.
• Good collaborative skills.
• Work Location - Thrissur , Kerala.
