About the Role: As the R&D Head , youll lead the end-to-end innovation lifecycle from concept to commercialization. Your expertise will guide new product development, cost optimization, and next-gen manufacturing. Key Responsibilities: Lead NPD (New Product Development) for LED TVs from design to deployment Integrate emerging tech and enhance user experience via performance innovation Collaborate with production teams to ensure seamless design-to-line transitions Optimize injection molding & electronics manufacturing processes for speed & quality Co-develop custom products with OEMs, managing the tech interface Conduct product validation, testing, and ensure compliance with global standards Strategically reduce costs via BOM optimization and material innovation Mentor and grow an agile R&D team with a continuous improvement mindset Required Skills & Experience: 15+ years in R&D (LED TVs, display systems, consumer electronics preferred) Proven track record in ODM/OEM environments Knowledge of display tech, electronics integration & system design Strong hold on product testing, quality benchmarking & environmental standards Hands-on with BOM costing, DFM (design for manufacturability), and product scaling Leadership capabilities to manage cross-functional collaboration & tech transfer Preferred Tech Stack & Certifications: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, RoHS, CE, FCC compliance Six Sigma, FMEA, CAPA methodologies ERP (SAP/MES) & AI-based quality tools Why Join Us?
