Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Quantity and Billing Surveyor based in Mumbai. The role involves preparing and reviewing bills of quantities (BOQ), managing and controlling project costs, and conducting cost planning. The individual will also be responsible for periodic cost reporting, ensuring that all financial aspects of the construction projects meet budgetary guidelines in a timely manner, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure project goals are achieved.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Cost Control, Cost Management, and Cost Planning
• Experience and accuracy in preparing and reviewing Bills of Quantities (BOQ)
• Strong skills in Cost Reporting and financial documentation during the project lifecycle
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficiency in relevant software for project costing and billing
• Knowledge of construction materials and processes
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
