We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Head to join our team. The Quality Head will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality management within the organization. This includes developing and implementing quality control processes, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
1. Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure products and services meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements.
2. Establish and maintain quality standards and procedures across all departments.
3. Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans accordingly.
4. Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance professionals to ensure effective execution of quality control processes.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and drive corrective and preventive actions.
6. Conduct audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
7. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality performance and operational efficiency.
8. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory agencies.
9. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in quality management to drive innovation and excellence within the organization.
10. Prepare and present reports on quality performance to senior management and other stakeholders.
1. Minimum of 20 years of experience in quality management roles, with demonstrated success in implementing quality control processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
2. Strong knowledge of quality management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, ISO standards).
3. Proven leadership skills with the ability to effectively lead and develop a team.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
6. Experience in conducting audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
7. Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems for quality management and data analysis.
8. Certification in quality management (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Manager, Six Sigma Black Belt) is a plus.
