Head - Quality Assurance

As a Quality Control Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all stakeholders adhere to quality norms and processes meticulously. Your responsibilities will include: - Reviewing contractors and vendors regularly to evaluate the processes and work delivered. - Generating quality reports, maintaining quality logs, and ensuring compliance documentation and reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. - Defining quality control procedures and methods to facilitate continuous quality improvement across all functions. - Supervising the management and implementation of quality controls and review processes from inception to completion, identifying potential risks in advance and providing recommendations for mitigation. - Enhancing the quality of work on the job site, minimizing rework, and showcasing consistent improvement in the quality index. - Collaborating with internal teams to grasp product quality feedback and serviceability issues, such as Design, Construction & Workmanship. - Conducting quality checks for all site activities in accordance with Bill of Quantities (BOQ), IS Codes, Standards, and specifications. - Possessing knowledge of both structural and finishing activities. - Familiarity with QA/QC documentation processes. - Executing quality work practices as per the contract and within the specified cost. - Organizing employee training and awareness sessions on quality assurance regularly. Qualifications required for this role: - B.Tech/B.E in Civil Engineering with over 15 years of experience in renowned developers within the real estate industry. - Demonstrated track record of establishing a Quality department or substantial exposure to project execution.
