You will be responsible for ensuring that all stakeholders strictly adhere to quality norms and processes. It will be essential to regularly review contractors and vendors to assess the quality of work delivered. You will need to generate quality reports, maintain quality logs, and ensure compliance documentation and reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Additionally, your role will involve defining quality control procedures and methods to facilitate continuous quality improvement across all functions. You will oversee the management and implementation of quality controls and review processes from start to finish. Identifying potential risks in advance and providing recommendations to mitigate them will be crucial. Furthermore, you will be expected to enhance the quality of work on the job site, minimize rework, and exhibit ongoing improvement in the quality index. Collaboration with internal teams to grasp product quality feedback and address serviceability issues will also be part of your responsibilities. Conducting quality checks on all site activities in accordance with the Bill of Quantities (BOQ), IS Codes, Standards, and specifications will be necessary. A comprehensive understanding of structural and finishing activities is essential, along with familiarity with QA/QC documentation processes. Moreover, you will be required to implement quality work practices as per the contract specifications and within the allocated budget. Conducting regular training and awareness sessions for employees on quality assurance will also be a key aspect of your role. As for qualifications, a B.Tech/B.E-Civil degree and a minimum of 15 years of experience in reputed developers in the real estate industry are required. A proven track record of establishing a Quality department or substantial exposure to project execution will be advantageous.,
