We have been mandated by a large conglomerate which is into Industrial Fabric/yarns for the below mentioned role.

Principal Accountabilities:

Prepare detailed production along with the raw material requirement plan and schedule & drive the PMS activities to achieve the production and OTIF targets of Poly

Liaise with the services department to arrange for requisite resources for addressing any major breakdowns.

Monitor and control Process parameter to enable optimum performance (adherence to defined product properties)

Monitor and control raw material and packing material consumption, manpower utilisation, wastage, spares and energy consumption to achieve the budgeted Poly cost.

Collaborate with the supervisor to finalise machine and process changes for the new product and ensure timely delivery of new product samples.

Take all necessary steps to produce products adhering to customer quality and other specifications to maximize customer rating and satisfaction.

Customer Satisfaction

Prepare detailed CAPEX proposals and plan implementation of CAPEX along with the production and projects team and propose & drive OPEX improvement projects for timely completion.

People: Take measures to enhance team capability, create a culture for discretionary effort, monitor deployment of resources and implement HR practices on time to create a competent work force to meet the current & future challenges.

System & Audits: Conduct internal process audits, drive timely closure of external audits and make changes to the systems / processes to ensure No repeat NCs.

Safety: Design & provide resources for implementation of measures to ensure prevention of unsafe conditions & acts and ensure all statutory safety compliances as measured by audit improvement scores.
