Role Overview

Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

Own the
end-to-end product lifecycle
: ideation design development launch scale.
Define
product requirements, user stories, and roadmaps
for lending platforms.
Collaborate with
Tech, Risk, Compliance, and Operations
to deliver compliant, customer-friendly solutions.
Drive
UX/UI improvements
for onboarding, KYC, loan disbursals, repayments, and collections.
Conduct
market research and competitor benchmarking
to identify new product opportunities.
Measure
KPIs, adoption, and customer feedback
to refine offerings.

Key Requirements

12-16 years of product management experience in
FinTech, NBFC, or digital lending
.
Strong understanding of
digital lending, KYC, payments, and loan lifecycle
.
Proven ability to work with
engineering, design, and compliance teams
.
Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making.
MBA / PGDM preferred.
