Practice Lead – Presales

Location: Mumbai

Practice Lead – Presales

Responsibilities:

Lead presales strategy, solutioning, and RFP/RFI responses
Deliver impactful demos, workshops, and PoCs
Collaborate with internal teams and partners to close deals
Engage with CXOs and senior stakeholders as a trusted advisor
Mentor and manage a team of presales consultants and architects

Requirements:

15+ years in presales/solution consulting, with 3–5 in leadership
Deep expertise in [Digital / AI / Cybersecurity / Enterprise Sales]
Strong track record in solution design and deal closures
Excellent leadership, communication, and client engagement skills
