As the Head Outbound Logistics at our company, your role is crucial in developing and implementing a comprehensive logistics strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and enhanced efficiency within the logistics function. Collaboration with other departments to integrate logistics planning with overall business planning will be key to your success. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a logistics strategy aligned with organizational goals - Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements - Collaborate with other departments for integrated logistics planning - Monitor key performance indicators to drive improvements - Plan dispatches in coordination with sales/marketing and production teams - Ensure implementation and sustenance of standard IMS, VSAP, 5S, and other internal/external audits - Identify opportunities for automation and digitization - Identify potential risks in logistics processes and develop mitigation strategies - Establish controls through regular safety inspections and safety training to ensure compliance with safety and environmental norms Qualifications Required: - 10 to 14 years of experience in logistics - Graduate in any stream Thank you for considering this opportunity with our company.,
