Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure seamless functioning of hospital operations including front office, admissions, billing, housekeeping, security, transport, cafeteria, and facility management.
• Implement and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all non-clinical departments.
• Coordinate with clinical departments to ensure glitch-free patient admission, treatment, and discharge processes.
• Monitor patient feedback and grievance redressal to improve patient satisfaction levels.
• Work with senior management to plan and implement strategies for operational efficiency and cost optimization.
• Ensure adherence to NABH/JCI standards and other regulatory compliances across hospital operations.
• Maintain safety, hygiene, and quality standards in patient care areas and hospital premises.
• Conduct periodic audits of operational departments to ensure compliance with policies.
• Lead, guide, and mentor operational teams to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
• Identify training needs and ensure regular staff development for improved efficiency and service quality.
• Monitor and control operational budgets, resource utilization, and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure timely procurement and availability of hospital supplies, consumables, and non-medical equipment.
• Work with finance and procurement teams to optimize vendor management and contracts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
