Job Description

Stake Holder: CEO / Other Sr Leadership Team Preferred candidates from the FMCG / Pharma industry Responsibilities: - Oversee all aspects of production operations, including manufacturing processes, capacity planning, scheduling, and inventory management, to ensure timely and cost-effective production of high-quality pharmaceutical products in compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards. - Establish and maintain robust quality management systems, procedures, and protocols to ensure adherence to cGMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines, regulatory requirements, and quality standards throughout the manufacturing process, from raw material procurement to finished product release - Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance programs, preventive maintenance schedules, and reliability-centered maintenance strategies to optimize equipment performance, minimize downtime, and ensure the reliability and availability of manufacturing assets - Lead and monitor senior Management team and cross-functioning. Qualification: - Mechanical engineer from any tier 2 colleges (IIT's, NIT's) - CTC Negotiable - 12+ years of experience - Core production experience is needed not necessarily from Pharma but can be from any FMCG industry
