Job Description

Role Overview:

driving FABOs expansion and operational excellence across India

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and manage

    Regional Operations Managers

    across states.
  • Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, speed, and profitability.
  • Align regional goals with FABO’s national expansion strategy.

2. Store Launch & Break-even

  • Oversee

    end-to-end store launch readiness

    : site setup, interiors, equipment installation, staff onboarding, and SOPs.
  • Ensure all new stores achieve

    operational break-even within 3–4 months

    through tight monitoring of revenue, costs, and sales campaigns.
  • Standardize launch playbooks for faster and smoother rollouts.

3. Operations Excellence

  • Drive adherence to SOPs for garment processing, packaging, delivery, and customer service.
  • Monitor KPIs such as

    turnaround time (TAT), productivity, and cost efficiency

    across stores.
  • Conduct regular audits to maintain

    quality, hygiene, and compliance standards

    .

4. Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Collaborate with marketing & franchise teams to design

    local sales activations and customer acquisition campaigns

    .
  • Monitor and support store-level sales performance, upselling, and customer retention programs.
  • Drive ROMs to deliver on monthly revenue and profitability targets.

5. Maintenance & Uptime

  • Ensure

    >95% equipment uptime

    through preventive maintenance and vendor/AMC management.
  • Standardize technical protocols for machine installation, service, and troubleshooting.
  • Minimize downtime through rapid escalation handling.

6. Franchise Support & Profitability

  • Act as primary operations partner for franchisees, ensuring business viability and profitability.
  • Provide training, guidance, and problem-solving support via ROMs.
  • Ensure partner satisfaction and long-term retention.

Key Requirements

  • 4-8 years of experience in

    multi-location operations & maintenance

    (retail, hospitality, laundry, or services).
  • Proven experience in

    launching and scaling outlets with fast break-even

    .
  • Strong leadership in managing regional/multi-city operations teams.
  • Deep technical understanding of industrial laundry & dry-cleaning equipment.
  • Data-driven, execution-focused leader with P&L accountability.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across FABO’s store network.

Performance Metrics (KPIs)

  • % of Stores achieving
