Head of Vendor Management

As the Head of Vendor Management, your role will involve leading end-to-end vendor management by partnering with Procurement, Risk, and Technology teams. You will shape and execute a cohesive vendor strategy to ensure efficiency and eliminate duplication. Your responsibilities will include overseeing contract negotiations, financial planning (P&L, budgeting, forecasting), and third-party governance. Additionally, you will be managing vendor performance, risk, and compliance across the full lifecycle while providing leadership to the Director team and global vendor management forums. Qualifications required for this role include: - Proven executive leadership in technology/vendor management within financial services, with multinational bank experience preferred. - Strong commercial and financial acumen with P&L ownership. - Deep understanding of banking technology operations, regulatory and market dynamics. - Ability to drive results in a complex, matrixed environment. - Exceptional stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and risk management skills.
