Job Description

The Head of Technology will be responsible for driving the technical direction of SAS One, overseeing architecture design, and managing a high-performance engineering team. This critical leadership position requires an individual with deep technical expertise in Embedded Python, React, full-stack engineering, and modern development tools. The Head of Technology will lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance solutions and ensure alignment with the companys strategic business goals. The role requires a hands-on leader who excels in both technology innovation and team management, with the ability to guide the company through rapid technological advancements.

Seeking a visionary leader with 15+ years of experience in Embedded Systems, Full-Stack Development, React, and cutting-edge technologies to drive our strategic tech initiatives.

- Develop and execute the technology strategy for SAS One, ensuring it aligns with business goals and drives innovation.
- Lead, manage, and inspire engineering teams across Lucknow and Bangalore, ensuring high productivity, code quality, and efficiency. - Oversee the end-to-end tech development process, including architecture, design, implementation, testing, and optimization. - Spearhead the adoption of new technologies and methodologies in embedded systems, full-stack development, and software engineering. - Maintain technical leadership across complex and critical projects, driving excellence and ensuring timely delivery. - Foster a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning within the tech teams. - Act as the key technical advisor to the leadership team, providing insights into technology trends and business impacts. - Establish best practices in software engineering, architecture, and deployment, ensuring quality and scalability across all tech functions. - Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and other business functions to align technology initiatives with market demands and customer needs.

- 15+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with a strong emphasis on Embedded Systems, Full-Stack Development, and React.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Embedded Python, React, microservices, and related modern programming languages and frameworks. - Proven track record of successfully managing and scaling engineering teams, particularly across geographically distributed offices (Lucknow & Bangalore). - Strong background in cloud computing, IoT systems, and machine learning. - Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical challenges and optimize solutions for performance and scalability. - Deep understanding of the latest technology trends, development tools, and best practices in software engineering. - Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
