We’re on the lookout for a *Head Of Social* who’s got the hustle, to manage internal teams and manage clients as well. At the heart of this role is one goal: to help our clients grow beautifully online. Think strategy, storytelling, and smart content that gets results.

We are on the hunt for a full-time Head Of Social Media to ideate to manage lead our social media & content team. This isn’t your typical content gig; it’s a generalist role where you’ll get to dip your toes into multiple businesses, wear multiple hats, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

What You’ll Do

Lead the entire social media team to ensure all promised deliverables to clients are met within promised timelines 

Review and approve content calendars before they are sent out for client approvals  

Work closely with the creative team to ensure they’re delivering creatives as per the clients brief 

Be the single point of escalation for any escalations from clients

Report directly to the founder with weekly reviews and updates for all clients

Smooth account management to ensure there are no escalations from clients side

Who We Are Looking For

✅ Proven past experience in copy writing , influencer marketing , brand campaigns and account management. 

✅ Ability to manage a team and get work done

✅ A Multi-Tasking Pro: Juggling different clients multiple internal teams 

✅ Not Afraid to Hustle: This is a fast-moving role that requires energy, passion, and dedication.

✅ Experienced: You have prior proven team management and leadership experience
