Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with local regulations and accreditation standards.
• Promote a positive school culture that emphasizes diversity, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
• Manage administrative functions including budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation.
• Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Head of School or in a senior leadership role within an international or private school.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop strategic plans and lead organizational change.
• A relevant advanced degree in education or administration.
