Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sonipat for a Service Head. The Service Head will oversee the daily operations of the service department, ensuring excellent service delivery and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing team performance, handling budgeting and resource allocation, implementing IT service management processes, and optimizing operations. The Service Head will also be expected to maintain high standards of service and ensure continuous improvement in processes.

Qualifications

• Strong Team Leadership and Service Delivery skills
• Experience in Budgeting and resource allocation
• Proficient in Operations Management
• Knowledgeable in IT Service Management
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, IT, or related field preferred
• Prior experience in the mobile phone industry is a plus
