What You’ll Do

• Build and execute a sales strategy for domestic and international markets.
• Lead institutional and B2B sales across

  defence, industrial safety, and protective apparel sectors.

• Identify and manage global distributor and OEM partnerships.
• Achieve revenue and margin targets through

  value-based selling

  and strong technical understanding.
• Work closely with R&D, production, and marketing teams to align pipeline, forecasts, and product launches.
• Lead and mentor a performance-driven sales team.

What We’re Looking For

• 10–12 years of experience

  in

  technical textiles, protective clothing, or performance materials

  (B2B/Institutional).
• Strong understanding of

  defence procurement, export markets, or industrial fabric applications.

• Proven track record in

  international sales, key account management, and strategic partnerships.

• Entrepreneurial mindset, negotiation expertise, and deep curiosity about material innovation.
• Qualification: MBA or B.Tech (Textile/Mechanical/Material Science preferred).
