Job Description

As a Senior Sales Manager at Shure, your role involves achieving sales targets from a revenue and profitability perspective. You will ensure that the brand is visible and solutions are easily accessible through various channels serving end users across different business verticals. Leading the go-to-market team to introduce new products and create demand for solutions will be a key responsibility. **Responsibilities:** - Manage the South Asia Global Marketing and Sales team, providing leadership to achieve overall sales and profitability targets. - Develop current and new customers across all business verticals to meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets. - Monitor distribution organization's performance and responsiveness to inquiries, ensuring sales performance aligns with quotas. - Identify new opportunities across channels, customers, applications, and products for specific or all verticals. - Analyze channel structures in respective countries to enhance brand visibility and solution availability. - Execute sales and marketing strategies to drive growth potential and market share. - Participate in strategic planning, sales meetings, marketing plans, and budgeting activities. - Build collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and monitor competitive activities. - Monitor expense budgets and adjust according to fiscal objectives. **Qualifications:** - Masters degree in business or equivalent work experience. - Minimum 8-10 years of related experience with 1 year of people management. - Excellent English language skills, proficiency in Hindi, and knowledge of regional languages. - Strong communication, negotiation, social, and interpersonal skills. - Motivated, results-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision. - Team player with good knowledge and affinity for audio products and technology. - Familiarity with Salesforce.
