Job Description

The Senior Sales Manager position is crucial for achieving Sales Targets in terms of revenue and profitability. You will be responsible for ensuring the visibility of our brand and the accessibility of our solutions through various channels serving end users across all business verticals. Additionally, you will lead the go-to-market team, playing a key role in introducing new products to the market and generating demand for our solutions across different markets and regions. Your main responsibilities will include managing the South Asia Global Marketing and Sales team, guiding them in their respective roles to contribute effectively towards achieving the Sales and Profitability targets. You will be tasked with meeting monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets by expanding the customer base in all business verticals. Monitoring the performance of distribution organizations, identifying new opportunities, analyzing channel structures, and developing sales and marketing strategies will be essential aspects of your role. To qualify for this position, you should possess a Master's degree in business or equivalent work experience. A minimum of 8-10 years of relevant experience, including at least 1 year of people management experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 8 years with a Master's degree, or equivalent, is required. Excellent communication skills in English are a must, while proficiency in Hindi and other regional languages is highly desired. Strong negotiation skills, social and interpersonal abilities, motivation, proactiveness, and the capacity to work independently are also essential qualities.
