Job Description

**Role Overview:** You will be the Business Head/ Industry Lead for the Banking & Financial Services vertical based in Mumbai. Your main responsibilities will include driving revenue growth, creating go-to-market strategies, building relationships with CXO-level executives in banks, leading consultative sales conversations, managing the sales cycle, collaborating with internal teams, analyzing market trends, and reporting to senior leadership. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own and drive revenue growth for the banking vertical across large and mid-sized banks. - Create and execute go-to-market strategies tailored to the Banking clients. - Build and nurture CXO-level relationships within banks. - Lead consultative sales conversations focused on solution selling. - Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure and account expansion. - Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, and Customer Success) for pre- and post-sales engagement. - Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to refine positioning and messaging. - Report pipeline metrics and forecasts to senior leadership regularly. **Qualifications Required:** - 5-8 years of B2B sales experience in SaaS/technology products. - Proven success in selling to banks in India, especially mid to large-sized banks. - Based in Mumbai. - Deep understanding of the BFSI ecosystem, decision-making hierarchies, and digital transformation trends in banking. - Demonstrated ability to close enterprise deals and manage complex sales cycles. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. - Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
