Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Sales - Derma Division, located in Chennai. The Head of Sales will be responsible for leading and managing all sales activities within the Derma Division. This includes developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales team (Key Account Managers), and achieving sales targets. Other day-to-day tasks include market analysis, building relationships with key clients, overseeing product launches, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

• Experience in sales management and strategy development
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of the dermatology pharmaceutical market
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Analytical skills and proficiency in market analysis
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or related field
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions
• Relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus
