Your Role

• Own Sales Growth

  : Drive revenues for the Formulations vertical (own factory + partner CMOs) across domestic & export markets

• On-Ground Hustling

  : Be in the market, meeting clients, distributors, exporters, and pharma companies—closing deals personally

• Leverage RM Ecosystem

  : Convert our existing CMO/manufacturer relationships into formulation business

• Build Anchor Accounts

  : Create long-term buyer relationships to scale repeat orders

• Portfolio Shaping

  : Work with technical team to align pipeline (dosage forms, molecules) with market demand

• Negotiate & Close

  : Be sharp in commercials, contracts, and execution of high-value deals

• Future Team

  : Build and mentor a lean sales/BD team as the business scales

Who You Are

• 6–15 years in pharma formulations (third party) sales/BD (domestic + exports exposure preferred)
• Have strong buyer & distributor networks (India, ROW, MEA, Africa, etc.)
• Proven track record of closing 15–50 Cr+ sales portfolios
• Hands-on, entrepreneurial: you don’t just delegate—you travel, meet buyers, hustle, and close deals
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
• A long-term player who wants to grow with the company over the next decade
• Based out of Chandigarh Tricity or Himachal
