Role Overview: The Sales Head – DGM/GM will be responsible for driving sales and business growth for CNG and LNG kits in the automotive sector. This includes developing strategic partnerships, expanding market presence, and achieving revenue targets. The role requires deep industry knowledge, strong business acumen and the ability to lead a high-performance sales team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales & Business Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for CNG & LNG kits. Identify and develop new OEMs, fleet operators, logistics companies as key customers. Build and manage relationships with auto manufacturers, transporters, LNG fuel stations, and regulatory bodies . Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly. Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals . 2. Strategic Partnerships & Key Account Management: Forge strategic alliances with OEMs, dealerships and fuel providers. Develop long-term business relationships with large fleet operators, transport /fleet operators, etc. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing technical insights and value-added services. 3. Market Expansion & Product Positioning: Work with the product development team to enhance offerings based on customer feedback. Position CNG and LNG kits as cost-effective and sustainable solutions for fleet operators and industries. Develop pricing models, sales promotions, and incentive plans for channel partners. 4. Team Leadership & Channel Management: Lead and mentor a team of regional sales managers and business development executives . Drive a high-performance sales culture through training and performance monitoring. Expand and manage the distributor and dealer network for LNG and CNG kits . 5. Regulatory & Compliance Management: Stay updated with government policies, subsidies, and regulations affecting the auto LNG and CNG market. Ensure all product sales comply with safety and emission norms. Key Requirements: 1. Experience & Skills: 12-18 years of experience in B2B sales , business development, or strategic sales in automotive, clean energy, or industrial gas sectors . Strong experience in selling CNG/LNG kits, fuel solutions, or alternative energy products . Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets . Strong network within the automotive and fleet operator ecosystem. Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills . 2. Educational Qualification: Bachelor's in Engineering (Mechanical/Automobile) or related field (preferred). MBA in Sales/Marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
