Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as Head of Sales located in Delhi, India. The Head of Sales will be responsible for leading the sales team & channels, managing sales operations, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring sales targets are achieved. Additional responsibilities include overseeing account management, analyzing sales data, and collaborating with other departments to optimize performance. ✅ Revenue Growth: Own and deliver GMV and margin targets across online, offline, bridal, and export channels. ✅ Omnichannel Strategy: Scale domestic & international D2C, retail, exhibitions, and B2B partnerships. ✅ Customer Lifecycle: Deepen customer retention, loyalty and CLTV. ✅ Team & Culture: Lead sales, category heads, and business ops with an agile, metric-first mindset. ✅ New Categories: Launch and grow high-margin verticals to maintain a healthy profitable product mix .
