Role Description This is a full-time on-site role as Head of Sales located in Delhi, India. The Head of Sales will be responsible for leading the sales team & channels, managing sales operations, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring sales targets are achieved. Acting as a key support to the Store Team, this role requires a proactive leader who can both inspire the team and directly engage with customers to maximize sales opportunities. Responsibilities Customer Engagement & Sales Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
