Head of Projects

As the Head of Projects at Sugam NGO, you will lead projects that transform communities by driving non-academic initiatives, engaging with the community, and creating meaningful impacts for students and families. Your role will be instrumental in making a difference in the education and community development space. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and monitor all ongoing programs in collaboration with external partners - Organize community engagement activities and vocational training sessions for parents - Oversee student skilling programs including English, Computer, and more - Facilitate job placements for Grade XII students - Build and maintain donor relationships through timely reports and school visits - Lead volunteer and internship programs to ensure meaningful engagement - Strengthen brand presence through the website, social media, and campaigns Qualifications Required: - 12-15 years of experience in program management, CSR, or community projects - A master's degree in Management, Education, or Social Development (preferred) - Strong skills in stakeholder management, communication, and leadership - Prior experience in NGOs or the social development sector is desirable This position offers a great opportunity to bring about lasting change in the education and community development sector.
