Head of Projects – HVAC Contracting

About the Role:

Escube, a reputed HVAC contracting company with 20+ years of industry leadership, is seeking a strategic and result-oriented Head of Projects to lead our execution division. This role will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, building high-performing teams, and ensuring delivery excellence across all sites.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage end-to-end project execution from planning to handover

* Supervise Project Engineers, Site Managers, Design and Procurement teams

* Ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, quality standards, and safety compliance

* Act as the primary point of escalation for clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders

* Optimize processes, resource allocation, and operational efficiency

* Prepare and present project reports, progress reviews, and performance dashboards to top management

Key Requirements:

* 12–18 years of experience in HVAC / MEP project execution

* Proven track record of delivering large-scale commercial/industrial/infrastructure projects

* Strong leadership, coordination, and client management abilities

* Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills

* Ability to mentor teams and drive accountability
