Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ponneri, for the position of Head of Product - Forgings. As the Head of Product, you will oversee the development and execution of product strategies, conduct market research to identify opportunities, and manage the product lifecycle from concept to delivery. You will engage with teams across departments, ensure alignment with business objectives, and drive the growth of the forgings product line. Regular collaboration with stakeholders and a strategic approach to market trends will be central to the role.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Product Strategy and Product Management, with an emphasis on driving end-to-end product development.
Proven Analytical Skills for assessing market data, performance metrics, and formulating actionable insights.
Effective Communication skills and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and convey technical concepts clearly.
Experience in Market Research, including analyzing industry trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
Proven leadership abilities, problem-solving skills, and the capability to adapt to fast-paced environments.
Prior experience in manufacturing or engineering-related industries is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. Advanced education or certifications in product management will be an advantage.
