Job Description

Role Overview: As a Sales Manager in Sabre's Agency Sales team, your primary responsibility will be to drive strategic sales growth and customer engagement in the assigned markets. You will play a crucial role in leading the strategic engagement of the largest and fastest-growing customers, with a strong focus on APIs, next-generation retailing strategies, and digital transformations. Your contribution to the sales team will involve executing sales strategies, optimizing their performance, and fostering a technology-first sales culture with a solutions mindset. This dynamic role will require frequent travel to engage with clients effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Align sales strategy for growth and revenue generation across new and existing business, including renewals, new sales efforts, and share shifting opportunities. - Evolve annual territory sales strategy, conduct market landscape analysis, and identify top opportunities and risks. - Negotiate profitable contracts to maximize Sabre revenues and ensure long-term commercial success. - Sell new solutions to both existing and new customers, reaching annual regional sales targets. - Maintain a high level of customer engagement and provide detailed status and activity reporting to leadership. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with the overall corporate strategy and develop strong relationships with internal leaders/stakeholders. Qualifications and Education Requirements: - Minimum 7 years of relevant sales work experience - Degree in a relevant field - Extensive understanding of market landscape, key players, competitive landscape, trends, opportunities, and challenges - Proven track record of success in sales management, customer acquisition, and relationship building - Leadership skills with the ability to implement strategic sales plans - Ability to influence cross-functional teams and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders - Strong communication skills, critical thinking abilities, and resourcefulness - Knowledge of the travel/hospitality markets and/or enterprise software space,
