Head of Physical Security - APAC

Job Description

Today, NCR VOYIX transforms the stores, restaurants and digital banking experiences with cloud-based, platform-led SaaS and services capabilities. Conduct site physical security assessments against established standards. Identify, evaluate security risks vulnerabilities and work with stakeholders to develop a mitigation plan of action. Engage with design consultants and system integrators to create physical security system designs for NCR Voyix facilities. Project management of physical security system hardware installation including access control devices, intrusion detections systems and digital video monitoring recording systems. Collaborate with Global Real Estate and BU site management in reviewing and recommending physical security upgrade initiatives. Engage with various internal stakeholders (BU, HR, Facilities, Law, Finance etc.) to ensure an effective Global Security program is maintained for the assigned region. Operational and administrative oversight of uniformed guard services at NCR Voyix facilities in the assigned region. Represent Global Security in local or regional Incident Response Management team for locations in assigned region. Lead Global Security s efforts in the assigned region to identify and assess potential external security risks threats affecting employees and facilities. Recommend and implement approved strategies to mitigate identified threats to help the company avoid the disruptive effects of natural and man-caused events/incidents. Provide oversight for the Central Badging capability for facilities in the assigned region. Establish and maintain close relationships with local law enforcement, intelligence, private sector counterparts, and security industry working groups. Serve as security SME for company employees, contractors, and other service providers as it pertains to security operations. Maintains expertise in security officer operating trends and technologies to effectively meet global security responsibilities and deliverables. Assist Global Security leadership with the preparation and management of security services KPI s and SLA s, budget review, vendor contracts, and approval of invoices for the assigned region.
