Role Description:

● Strong telesales operations experience.

● Managed 70+ member telesales team.

● Should be able to get into details,even work with agents if needed,

● Managed Inside sales / Outbound sales.

● Have worked on generating a revenue of 100+ cr.

● Strong with Data, understanding of funnel and conversion improvement

● Appointment Settings

● Visit by Buyers/ clients (Especially operations where fixed time is sought from the buyer)

Job Responsibilities:

● Productivity of Sales.

● Lead funnel Management

● Track the number of site visits happening.

● Conversion from leads to visits and repeat visits

● Quality score via Audit, revisit intent

● Distribution of Visits (Track and avoid skew)

● Total visits, Visits done per project per week.

Skills:

● Revenue delivered

● Conversion from leads to Visits and Repeat visits

● Quality of Visits measured by revisit intent/revisits

Education:

A postgraduate qualification is preferred.
