We seek an experienced and visionary Head of Modern Medicine to lead our medical team and collaborate with Ayurveda specialists, nutritionists, and wellness experts, based at our upcoming wellness sanctuary. Role Overview: As the Head of Modern Medicine, you will oversee clinical practices, ensure the highest standards of guest care, and work closely with multidisciplinary teams, blending modern medical expertise with wellness-based approaches. Key Responsibilities: ✔️ Lead and manage the medical team, ensuring quality and efficiency in healthcare delivery ✔️ Collaborate with Ayurveda specialists, Nutritionists, and Wellness experts to develop a holistic, patient-centred approach ✔️ Stay updated with advancements in medical science and integrate evidence-based treatments with wellness principles ✔️ Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices ✔️ Foster a collaborative environment for interdisciplinary healthcare innovation Qualifications: ✔️ Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with specialization in Internal Medicine/ Family Medicine or relevant fields. ✔️ Proven leadership experience in a clinical setting ✔️ Background in wellness and integrative healthcare is highly welcomed ✔️ Excellent communication and teamwork skills ✔️ Willingness to relocate to Calicut, Kerala CMOs of Luxury Hospitals may apply and be part of a pioneering movement in modern medicine Show more Show less
