• Experience of at least

  10 years with Luxury Hotels

  (including

  International Brands

  )
• A degree-level qualification with an MBA in Sales & Marketing will be an advantage
• Expertise & Passion for Hotel Sales and for achieving targets and objectives
• Strong Knowledge of the Luxury Hotel Industry and relevant local markets
• Excellent Client Reach and Connect
• Strong Analytical Skills to understand key business indicators & trends
• Ability to contribute to the development of sales and marketing initiatives by recommending, implementing, and monitoring appropriate local activity
• Plan sales activities, coach & develop the Sales Team to achieve Company Sales targets
• Expand new customer acquisitions and manage contacts with existing clients and key contacts
