Assistant Wellness Director

Salary up to ₹24 lacs CTC per annum, based on the candidate

We seek an experienced and dynamic individual to lead our Spa, Wellness, and Fitness team, ensuring the highest standards of service, innovation, and guest satisfaction, aligning with the property’s wellness philosophy and brand standards

Role Overview

As the Head of Department, you will oversee the Spa, Wellness, and Fitness team, working closely with the Wellness Director to design and establish innovative programs and guest offerings. You will ensure the highest standards of guest care while fostering a culture of wellness, positivity, and excellence among the team.

Key Responsibilities

✔️ Leading, Coaching, Mentoring, Motivating, and Fostering a high-performing team

✔️ SOPs & Brand Development

✔️ Pre-Opening

✔️ Guest Delight and a culture of Service Excellence

✔️ Compliance with regulatory standards and best practices

✔️ Business & Financial Acumen to prepare and monitor budgets, MIS, and build strategic partnerships

Qualifications

✔️ 10 years of experience in Luxury Wellness, with 2 years as an Assistant/Deputy Director

✔️ International exposure with strong understanding of global wellness trends and practices.

✔️ Pre-opening experience in luxury wellness or hospitality projects is highly preferred.

✔️ Professional certification in wellness, spa management, fitness, or hospitality

✔️ Excellent communication and teamwork skills
