Job Summary:

Head of Sales & Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Lead and mentor the sales and marketing teams to achieve business goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and client segments.
• Plan and manage both digital and traditional marketing campaigns for brand visibility.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities.
• Oversee lead generation, sales funnel performance, and conversion optimization.
• Manage corporate branding, content strategy, and online reputation.
• Collaborate with management to set pricing strategies and revenue goals.
• Prepare and present periodic sales and marketing performance reports.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum

  7 years of proven experience

  in Sales & Marketing leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of

  B2B and B2C marketing

  , preferably in environmental or sustainability sectors.
• Excellent

  leadership, communication, and negotiation

  skills.
• Hands-on experience in

  digital marketing and business development

  .
• Strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
