Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:-

  • Inspire a movement.

    Create campaigns that encourage people to live with plants, not just buy them.
  • Shape the brand voice.

    Drive storytelling across D2C, retail, gifting, and quick commerce channels.
  • Lead the creative function.

    Build and guide an in-house team while collaborating with agencies for impact.
  • Own full-funnel campaigns.

    Take ideas from concept to execution across digital, social, and influencer platforms.
  • Amplify the brand.

    Manage PR, media, and partnerships to boost visibility and engagement.
  • Balance creativity with analytics.

    Drive measurable performance while staying authentic to the brand.
  • Mentor and collaborate.

    Lead teams and work cross-functionally to achieve business goals.


Requirements:-

  • 5–8 years of consumer/D2C marketing experience, balancing brand and performance.
  • Strong background in content creation, campaigns, influencer marketing, and PR.
  • Proven leadership in building and scaling teams.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • A storyteller’s mindset and passion for sustainability and green living.
