As the Head of Marketing & Brand Strategy at Resset, your role will be to architect, own, and scale the Resset brand across various projects, platforms, and people. This leadership position is focused on building long-term brand equity, driving demand creation, and establishing differentiation rather than just lead generation. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define and execute Resset's master brand strategy across luxury, premium, and affordable housing segments. - Create clear brand positioning, narratives, and visual language for each project. - Lead integrated marketing efforts across digital, on-ground, experiential, PR, partnerships, and community building. - Own the end-to-end Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for new launches, including pre-launch activities, launch strategies, and post-launch sustenance. - Build and mentor a high-performing in-house marketing team along with managing the agency ecosystem. - Collaborate closely with the Founder, Sales, Design, and Projects teams to ensure brand consistency at every touchpoint. - Track and enhance brand health, recall, lead quality, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and conversion metrics. **Must-Have Qualifications:** - MBA in Marketing (formal education mandatory). - 10+ years of proven experience in brand strategy & marketing leadership. - Demonstrated ability to create visible differentiation such as brand turnaround, category creation, premiumization, or scaling. - Strong experience in real estate, luxury, or consumer brands is preferred. - Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline. - Ability to operate effectively at both strategic (boardroom) and operational (ground level) levels. Success in this role will be defined by Resset becoming a recognizable, trusted, and aspirational real estate brand. Each project should have a distinct identity while maintaining a strong parent brand recall. The focus will shift from spending on marketing to a brand-led demand creation strategy. You will be reporting to the Managing Director of the company.
