Head of Manufacturing - Submersibe Motor

Position Overview

The Head of Manufacturing – Submersible Motor Head will be responsible for overseeing the entire manufacturing process of submersible motor heads, ensuring efficiency, quality, safety, and cost-effectiveness. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage large-scale operations with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, plan, and manage the manufacturing operations of submersible motor head production.

Ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and cost targets.

Implement lean manufacturing practices and drive process improvements.

Manage and optimize workforce, equipment utilization, and resources.

Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for uninterrupted production.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Collaborate with R&D, Quality, and Supply Chain teams for smooth operations.

Develop and monitor KPIs to track performance, efficiency, and quality.

Drive training and skill development programs for the production team.

Budget planning, cost control, and continuous productivity enhancement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
