To Scale Motor Insurance business over different channels that is Tele calling and Enterprise or SME sales.
To develop business accounts in his/her own portfolio giving monthly premium worth of 25 Lacs or above.
To ensure that all sales practices are happening under the process set and is in interest of company with respect to cash flow and margins.
To ensure that net earning out of this business line is covering the cost of manpower + desk and additionally generating 30% for the company.
To ensure a healthy cash flow between clients, company and Insurance providers.
To review current processes time to time and encourage automation by use of technology in day-to-day sales activities.
Developing Value addition in product for the clients, post understanding the market demand.
