Role Overview.
We are looking for a Graphic Designer who not only has a knack for visual storytelling but also a great sense of humor. This individual will be responsible for creating engaging memes and visual content that enhances our internal communication and boosts morale within the company. If you're someone who can turn a joke into a hilarious meme and loves to bring out the lighter side of work life, this is the role for you!. Key Responsibilities. Meme Creation:Quickly and creatively transform shared jokes and ideas into memes that resonate with our team and reflect our company culture.

Visual Content Development:Design eye-catching graphics, infographics, and visuals that align with company values and improve internal engagement.

Culture Campaigns:Support People and Culture team in designing initiatives that make our workplace more enjoyable, positive, and inclusive.

Social Media Support:Assist the People & Culture team with humorous and engaging content for social media that showcases our work culture to a wider audience.

Branding:Ensure all visuals align with LetsTransports branding guidelines and maintain consistency across all internal and external communications.
