Role Overview: As the Head of IT at ProcDNA, you will be responsible for building and scaling the IT backbone of the organization. You will define and execute a forward-looking IT infrastructure roadmap that aligns with the company's growth and global business priorities. Your key duties will include overseeing core IT operations, leading infrastructure build-outs for new office locations, managing the helpdesk operations, and ensuring IT security, compliance, and risk management. The ideal candidate should have at least 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations, with a track record of building IT teams and infrastructure in high-growth environments. Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute an IT infrastructure roadmap aligned with organizational growth and global business priorities - Collaborate with global and regional leadership to assess capabilities and deploy enterprise-grade solutions - Build and lead a high-performing IT team with a culture of ownership and continuous improvement - Oversee core IT operations including LAN/WAN, WiFi, VPN, firewalls, Active Directory, and cloud infrastructure - Ensure high availability, security, and performance of infrastructure systems - Lead helpdesk operations for timely incident resolution and service requests - Implement protocols for access control, patching, encryption, and incident response - Conduct training programs to promote proactive cybersecurity culture Qualifications Required: - Minimum 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations, with 4-5 years in leadership roles - Deep technical expertise in Operating Systems, Networking, Cloud Platforms, and Security - Familiarity with ITIL-based service management practices and tools - Experience in consulting or global capability center environments preferred Role Overview: As the Head of IT at ProcDNA, you will be responsible for building and scaling the IT backbone of the organization.
