Proven experience leading a large-scale PMO within a Human Resources or corporate function, with a focus on people transformation, change management, or HR technology.
Demonstrable depth of experience as a PMO Lead in a large global business, ideally in a matrix or federated environment.
Exceptional ability to create and manage a holistic view of an organization's HR and people priorities.
Deep expertise in governance with a track record of implementing effective structures and processes.
Strong strategic and analytical skills with the ability to define a clear vision and thought process.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage with stakeholders at all levels, including the Executive Committee.
Extensive experience with portfolio management, performance tracking, and developing standardized project methodologies and templates.
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., PMP, Prince2). A PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
