Head of Global Deliverys Global AML Center - Managing Director

As the Head of Global Delivery's Global AML Center - MD at State Street, you will lead a team of about 450+ employees across various locations. Your responsibilities will include: - Providing leadership, education, expertise, and oversight of the Global AML agenda and the operations of the Global AML Center - Driving the global strategic AML and financial crime agenda - Ensuring consistency across policy, standards, process, and procedure - Partnering with stakeholders to support and assure effective execution of the AML control framework - Improving the quality of service delivery, control environment, and productivity - Driving continuous improvement through innovation and best practices to ensure regulatory compliance on AML - Evolving the operating model to drive scalability and client-centric operations with leading industry standards - Partnering effectively with IT and the client side of the organization You will be expected to: - Lead the Global AML team to ensure timely, quality processing, and controls across services - Maximize the effectiveness of all product functions - Drive continuous improvement in productivity, quality, and risk excellence - Partner with the Global Delivery management team to enhance the control environment - Liaise with second-line and compliance stakeholders - Identify and develop opportunities for transformation and capacity creation - Manage the senior leadership team and oversee all operational resolutions What We Value: - Proven track record at a senior level in client & institutional services - Over 20 years" experience running large operations teams within financial services - Technical knowledge of AML/KYC and associated regulations - Enterprise leadership skills managing client service delivery and business growth - Strong team leadership, coaching, mentoring, communication, and presentation skills - Focus on talent management, optimizing technology, and managing operational risk - Energy, enthusiasm, and an obsession with service quality - Ability to think strategically, manage complexity, change, and multiple priorities - Successful track record of delivering major operational or platform improvements - Relevant graduate degree or master's qualification leveraged in this role Additional Requirements: - Willingness for regular business travel (State Street's Speak Up Line),
