Head of Financial Planning and Analysis

As a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include preparing and coordinating the annual and quarterly planning cycles such as AOP and QOP, 2-3 year strategic plans, forecasts, and monthly close processes. You will be tasked with performing variance and trend analysis on data to compare actual, budgeted, and forecasted targets, and then develop actionable recommendations based on the analysis results. Additionally, you will be responsible for tracking and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) related to manufacturing and sales of commercial vehicles. One of your key duties will be to create dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau, as well as financial scorecards for the leadership team. You will also be involved in analyzing inventories, Net Working Capital (NWC), and Cashflow, along with monitoring Capital Expenditure budgets and actual spending on a monthly basis. Automation of processes through the use of tools to streamline operations will be a significant focus area for you. Collaboration on valuation, due diligence, and financial narratives will be essential, along with partnering directly with executive leaders and cost owners to provide financial insights and support. Your role will require utilizing modeling and analysis skills to develop innovative solutions for complex business challenges, as well as conducting profitability assessments for unique lines of business to facilitate informed decision-making. In addition to these responsibilities, it would be beneficial to have a Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting, along with being a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA). A minimum of 10 years of prior experience in financial planning and analysis is preferred, ideally in high-growth environments and the commercial vehicle manufacturing industry.
