Head of Finance and Accounts

As the Head of Finance & Accounts at our company located in Nellore, you will play a crucial role in driving financial strategies and ensuring operational excellence. We are looking for a seasoned finance professional, preferably a Chartered Accountant, with a proven track record of at least 12 to 15 years in finance, including a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership capacity. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the entire financial function, which encompasses strategic financial planning, budgeting, regulatory and tax compliance (covering Direct & Indirect Taxation, Ind AS), treasury and working capital management, financial reporting, and MIS for management. You will also be tasked with implementing and monitoring internal controls and audit processes, as well as driving cost efficiency and supporting business growth initiatives. We are seeking a candidate with expertise in ERP systems, particularly Tally, and a strong background in sectors such as Manufacturing, Export, FMCG, or other relevant industries.
