Manage the complete
Accounts and Finance function
for a company with current revenue of approx.
?150 Cr
.
Lead a
team of 25 finance professionals
operating across multiple locations.
Oversee
bank reconciliations
and ensure accurate cash flow reporting.
Prepare and manage
MIS
and
IT reports
using
Microsoft Navision (ERP)
.
Ensure compliance with all
statutory regulations
across
five manufacturing plants
.
Handle all
investor-related queries
, ensuring transparency and timely responses.
Maintain robust financial processes and controls in a
factory accounting
setup.
Report financial performance directly to the MD and provide strategic financial insights.
Adapt to and work effectively in an
owner-driven organisation
, ensuring long-term stability and continuity.
