Skills: Financial Planning, Tax Compliance, Strategic Planning, IT enabled Operations, Team Leadership, finance and accounts management, Job Summary The Head of Finance & Accounts is responsible for managing the companys financial and accounting operations. This includes financial planning, budgeting, accounting, audits, and compliance, ensuring the organizations financial stability and accuracy. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day finance and accounting operations. Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts. Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulatory requirements. Manage cash flow, banking, and treasury functions. Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits. Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team. Monitor and control expenses to improve financial efficiency. Qualifications CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent. 10-20 years of experience in finance and accounts, with leadership exposure.
