About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced professional to lead Event Management and Marketing. This role focuses on community engagement, brand visibility, and reputation management across platforms. You'll drive events, campaigns, and brand initiatives to enhance resident experience and employer branding.

Key Responsibilities

Entire Event strategy & report to the board on customer engagement

Management (Community & Corporate)

Lead planning and execution of on-site/virtual events (social, wellness, networking, etc.)

Manage sponsorships, artists, vendors, and event budgets

Track post-event feedback

Marketing & Branding

Create integrated marketing campaigns (digital, content, influencer, offline)

Ensure consistent brand messaging

Improve public sentiment through engagement and leadership alignment

Leadership & Collaboration

Lead a cross-functional team of event, content, and marketing professionals

Collaborate with Founders, HR, Community Managers, and Sales

Report on ROI, event success, and brand metrics

Requirements

3–7 years in event management

Previously worked in Club, Glamour industry, Co-working, events agency

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Do not mind a younger age bracket

Very flashy, decent looks

Ready to offer a CTC between 12 – 22 lakhs basis the profile

Preferred

MBA in Marketing/Communications

Experience in coliving, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors, Clubs, glamour industry

Network in Bangalore’s cultural and event space
