Job Description

Role Summary:

Role & Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the delivery of detailed design for airport infrastructure projects (e.g., terminals, runways, utilities, systems).
Ensure compliance with aviation regulations, design standards, and client specifications.
Manage project budgets, including full P&L ownership, forecasting, and cost control.
Oversee invoicing processes and ensure timely and accurate billing in collaboration with finance.
Act as the key technical and commercial interface with clients; build and maintain strong relationships.
Support business development, tender responses, and technical proposal preparation.
Lead and mentor multidisciplinary design teams to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors or Master’s in Electrical, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical.
20+ years’ experience in airport infrastructure or systems desig.
Proven track record in managing P&L and project financials in a design engineering environment.
Strong understanding of international aviation design codes and regulatory standards.
Excellent client management and communication skills.
Proficiency in relevant design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, airport-specific platforms).
